I've been supplimenting with BCAA's and extra Arganine. Can't say that I'm adding faster than without but the intesity of back to back work-outs doesn't seem as draining. Since adding the arganine I think the pump of a good work out lasts longer. No imperical data to back it up, but that's how I feel...

Varbo, what is this stuff? What is the active ingredient?
This fall, I continue to take:
Whey Protein
BCAAs
ON Opti Men
Occasionally will take an N.O. supp preworkout, Super Pump 250 or something similar.
Most likely will go back on the creatine for a while.
This will take me through fall as try to pack another five pounds on my frame. After Christmas I plan on trying to cut a bit of fat, maybe 15 pounds, to keep everything in check.

Is Arginine what is responsible for the great pumps I get when using Super Pump 250? If so, would you guys say it's better bang for the buck versus those N.O. supps I have been using?

Here are the ingredients:
Chrysin (100% pure) 800mg
Tribulus Terrestris 1500mg
(aerial, 45% saponins)
Saw Palmetto Extract (fruit) 200mg
Nettle Root Extract (0.8% sterols) 155mg
Avena Sativa Extract (10:1) 90mg
Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) 40mg
Daidzein 30mg
Hawthorne Extract (fruit) 130mg
Cucurbita Pepo Extract (10:1) 120mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid 160mg
It has a pretty good rating and sells quite good so I think I might try it. Hoven't decided yet though.

Jacked is a hell of a supplement! Controlled labs also comes through with some quality options. My usual stack consists of Met-rx Whey, Jacked, fish oil, multi. Might throw in a few natty test boosters once my PCT is complete from my test e run. Need to keep these gains!

I'm glad you like Jack3d, because I don't. I think I'm going back to White Flood... I like being extremely focused because it keeps me going. Jack3d just gives me energy and no focus...
I'll be finishing up Jack3d and will probably buy me some more CL White Flood along with some more whey. I also added Glucosamine/Chondroitin to my list.
Oh, and I thought I'd throw this in, as well: CL Green MAGnitude tastes AMAZING. It's just like sour apple candy! It's, by far, the best tasting supplement I've ever tasted.
