I have 2 question.

I do benchpress excercises every other day, and I was wondering how much weight and amount of reps I should be doing if I want to get the most muscle growth.

My max bench with 1 rep is aobut 180 pounds (including the bar).

I also do curling excercises with a curling bar every other day, and my max curl with the bar is 90 pounds (including the bar).

I am just wondering how much weight and reps I should be doing in order to get the most muscle growth.

Thanks for any advice.
THX ALOT!

I just turned 15.

But just to clear things up, the 90 pounds with the curling bar is 1 rep, and with both hands.

You should be doping alot more than just chest and biceps. To get better chest development, you need ot include some bent over barbell rows and deadlifts.

To get more biceps size, you'll need to do some dips and chinups.

I can't tell you how much weight to lift. I have no idea. It's something you need to figure out by yourself.

Try and do 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps of those exercises.

Actually Adonis i was reading somewhere about you posting a weights programme for athletes. I am wondering where i can find it. Looking to see if it benefits my sport in anyway. Would be grateful if you could tell me where it is. I may of course be mistaken
