School Lunch???
I just started Weight Watchers, and its real easy to follow during the summer, but how am I supposed to watch what I eat when school starts and there are not many healthy choices?
I also have considered meal replacement bars or shakes. Any recomendations?
Thanks

You can always pack your own lunch, like a tuna salad or w/e is within the weight-watchers diet program.
Or if you really have no choice but to eat unhealthy at school then you can just eat a large breakfast, and eat something very small at lunch (i.e protein bar) or nothing at all.
Personally I dont even eat lunch at school...I find that Im just not hungry..
Goodluck!

2 can's of tuna, relish and 3 teaspoons of non fat mayo.Make 2-3 sandwiches out of that and bring an apple and a pack of instant oatmeal.Have a protein shake 20 min after your workout with skim milk or water. When you want to cheat or snack try a low carb protein bar or HOT AIR popcorn..in a bag/microwave are worse than chocolate bars!!

breakfasts are very important towards weight loss. its a proven fact that if you skip breakfasts you will have more trouble keeping the weight off as opposed to eating a breakfast and smaller meals later throughout the day. so dont forget the main meal of the day. can always pack a lunch consisting of healthy foods such as fruit chicken breast sandwich on whole wheat and such. just get a little creative so you have a variety of things. avoid things such as pre-mixed chicken spreads and things of that nature. just way too much added garbage in them. throw some raw veggies in the mix also such as carrots califlower you get my drift. its still possible to eat healthy no matter were you are.
and guessing with your screen name hot4cena your a young gal.

yep take your own lunch! I cook a big pile of meals on Sundays and take em with me to work every day It ends up saving heaps of money too!
I think weight watchers have some portable meal things, perhaps you could see if you can use a microwave or something and take those in? Its another option

some times when under pressure and out of town away from my home cooked meals i will resort to lean cuisine meals. not the best alternative but acceptable.
