I am guessing you want to be a muscular 210lbs, not a fat 210lbs, if that were the case then you could just eat everything in the apartment
Putting on 30-40lbs of muscle is not going to be easy without weight training, so I suggest you look into signing up at a local gym, or maybe your apartment complex has a community fitness center, I know some do.
Other than that search this forum and learn everything you can about nutrition and working out. Its going to take a while, but stay dedicated and it will come with time.

It will take some time to gain that much muscle, so realize you're in for the long haul! Best of luck

Diet, sleep, hydration, exercise.
Over 3 years of effort.
40 pounds of muscle is really going to require weights - no way around it.
Lots of posts on the forum - if you refine your question a bit, we can give more specific advice, but do some reading first -- you've got in internalize this knowledge if you want to succeed (others can't do the work for you).
Good luck!

if at all possible I would still try to convince you to lean toward the deicion of signing up at a gym rather than buying equipment.
Not to say you won't stick with your plan and achieve your goal, but I've found its much easier to giveup on your fitness goals when you only have to travel a few feet to begin your workout, most of the people I know who bought weight sets they only end up collecting dust in the basement. Also, with a gym membership you get to see a bunch of other people with the same goals as you and it really motivates you to workout, also not too bad for maybe meeting a few friends. Well, gl with whichever path you choose to take
