Default In Need of Workout plan!!

Alright going into my junior year after slacking off for the past 2 years due to quitting baseball, football and wrestling (HS coaches suck) I want to get back into shape and start becoming a stronger person in general because I want to be a construction worker for when I grow up. I used to be a really fit person, but like I said the last 2 years my fitness have really sucked and from playing tons of video games the pounds have stacked up. Currently I am around 5'10-5'11 and weighing around 215lbs. One thing about me is I'm an extreme picky eater so i can't stand pretty much every vegitable although I love fruits. When it comes to my eating I don't eat that much, Its just I think i should eat more healthier items like fruits and drinking more water. This year I started playing rec soccer for fun with friends which we only practice once a week so I'm looking for a type of fitness workout plan I could do on the other days. I just recently purchased a gym membership so I do have access to weights and fitness machines. My Main goal that I would like to see me achieving within the next year is to first lose all the extra weight I'm carrying around my whole body especially my mid section. Before I look into becoming a stronger person I first want to lose weight. What I'm asking for is a workout plan that could help me achieve this. I don't want to diet, but like i said I am gonna take a better look into what I eat and do in fact drink more water and eat more fruits. I'm willing to answer all questions that can relate on me losing weight so just keep them posted.

Need more information. Are you currently working out? If so, list your workout. Will you workout at a gym or at home? What type of equipment do/will you have access to?
