Question Should i Lift if my Muscles are sore?

My muscles usually have that "good hurt", sore, feeling after i lift, but sometimes after my rest day they still feel a little bit sore... Should i work out again if they still hurt at all? Its after my rest day i know is important, but im not sure...

I wouldn't work the same muscles DIRECTLY when they are sore. By this I mean that if your triceps are sore, I think it would still be OK to train chest or shoulders even though the triceps are worked. If they are "really sore" as opposed to "a little sore" you might need to scale back and rest another day.

OK thank you that helps a lot. My muscles are usually only a little sore so ill still lift weights to work out indirectly.

If you take longer to recover you may want to split your workout so you only work a muscle 2 or even one time a week.
I like l glutamine, it really seems to cut or eliminate the soreness, maybe try that first and see if that's enough.
