Cutting questions, When &what to Eat?
Hi, this goes along with my previous post about cutting the fat ive gained after building for a while. I've heard on a gaining diet its important to eat a meal with lots of lean protein and good carbs as soon as you can after your workout, but i assume this is different while cutting...? I also know while gaining its important to try and eat 5-6 meals a day, what about while cutting? I figure i burn 3200 calories on a day i work out, 2800 if im not, so when i was gaining i would eat 3700 calories and now im trying to cut so ive been eating 2600. Is this a good amount or what? i don't know where i could have access to find my bf% but i can see my abs, pretty defined when flexed, but i still have fairly large"love handles". These are what i want to lose. If anyone can just please help me with any information at all that would be awesome. Thanks
