hi guys i need help (im a fatty)
firstly letm e introduce myself, my name is Zee im 20 and i really need help im 15 stones10 / 220 pounds im 5 11 and i need serious help, i have a excersise bike and a weights bench, weights, dumbells but i have no idea what to do, and also i have no idea what to eat, if some1 cld guide me or be my mentor, it really help me and change my life for the better, im also disabled, i can only do limited walkin,and i cant run
i generally eat fast foods and stuff wid cheese,

Hey bro! Welcome to EF. First things first...search this site for exercise routines or read up on them here... Bodybuilding.com - Huge Training Bodybuilding Article Database!
In other words, you'll have to READ, READ, READ then TRY different exercises and workouts. THere is no easy answer. Also, you need to give us more info if you want advice. Are you trying to lose weight? Have you ever worked out before? Give more details about your diet and your disability.

what kind of disability? injury related or disease related? one is only as disabled as he or she allows themselves to be! ive broken my neck and been thru lumbar spinal surgery with the docs telling me i will never lift weights again. i told them they were full of shit! i can still do everything i used to be able to do but with just lighter weights on certain excercises. ive found ways around everything in the gym. if you believe your handicapped you will be! give us some more info on your current situation.

hi guys, well its a foot injury, docs say if i breake ma ankles another thiers a possiblity i may not work but i aint into dat i beleive im fine, i have tried to work out before but it didnt work, im trying to loose weight mainly because i can feel da strain on ma ankle now before i was healthier i was 10 stones 10 pounds, its been 2 hears since,
my diet consists of on a daily basis:
ill wake up eat cerial, den few hours later eat like some fruit like melon or bananas, den lunch tym ill eat somethin like tuna/ chicken, den few hours i eat like almonds or fruit and den dinner tym i eat what my mum cooks ( indian food mainly)

There's no shortcut or "easy" way to lose weight. You'll have to burn more calories than you take in. Check out FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to see how you are eating right now. You'll have to create a free account and then take the time to enter your food every day.
As for working out, again, no short cut. Just do it. Read the articles on bb.com as i suggested. You'll want to focus on mostly cardio at first as you are trying to lose weight, but I would also suggest some weight training on top ot the cardio.
