Default Aiming for this body > [Pics] Help?

Hey all,
After a couple of months now lifting, i've sort of been in limbo what i've been trying to achieve as a body shape.
I've been looking for a while as to what i want to look like ultimately, and this is it.




The picture's not exactly great, but it's exactly the body i'm aiming for.

Just wondering if someone could set me on the right track; Thanks!
I'm 6'1, about 150 lbs / 68kgs, and i've been lifting for about two months.
Just wondering;
i) How much, and what should i be eating to achieve this?
ii) What would you estimate his BF / Weight is?
iii) How often should i be doing weights / cardio a week, and;
iv) What type of cardio to achieve this?

Greatly appreciated if anyone can help out.

Hi, welcome to EFF. I'm going to pretend that this isn't a troll job, as I'm sure there are people who desire this particular physique, and here at EFF we aren't as muscle-headed as some other fitness boards.

It's impossible to to give an accurate answer to either points 1,2,3, or 4 without more info: for points dealing with you, we'd need to know where you are (current pic) and what you're doing (your current diet and exercise routine). For points dealing with the model, we'd need to know his height, as his possible weight would vary significantly depending on how tall he was. As for his bodyfat? Below 15% and over 8% - the veins on my lower abs come out somewhere below 10%, but I'm significantly more vascular all over at that point, so I'm guessing that that's just his own genetic quirk.

I can't even begin to guess what you look like so as to tell you what you need to do, but there's almost no gym time necessary to get this physique. Just lower your body fat. That's it. In fact, significant gym time would be counterproductive, as one would rapidly become more muscular than the picture.

Hope it helps. If you're just trolling exercise forums putting up pictures of unfit dudes, it sounds like a weird hobby, but whatever. If you actually do care, you're going to have to put out a lot more information about yourself.
