After a couple of months now lifting, i've sort of been in limbo what i've been trying to achieve as a body shape.
I've been looking for a while as to what i want to look like ultimately, and this is it.
The picture's not exactly great, but it's exactly the body i'm aiming for.
Just wondering if someone could set me on the right track; Thanks!
I'm 6'1, about 150 lbs / 68kgs, and i've been lifting for about two months.
Just wondering;
i) How much, and what should i be eating to achieve this?
ii) What would you estimate his BF / Weight is?
iii) How often should i be doing weights / cardio a week, and;
iv) What type of cardio to achieve this?
Greatly appreciated if anyone can help out.
