usually posts are just moved to the trash bin (or access to them disabled), so your post count doesn´t change, but some are deleted .. during the VoB, HC changes I might have lost more than 100 posts

yes, if a thread or a post you posted in was deleted it reduces your post count

They were picture post links to dead hosts, from months ago. They kinda got swept up. (Looked rather silly for a totally blank post).

It prolly was deleted Mave, don't worry about it. If you replied in any spammers thread, I'll guarantee that your count will go down. Last night I banned 3 spammers and one guy had a thread that was 3 pages, propagated by himself and responded to by members. When I trashed his existence, so did any posts in the thread, so whenever you guyz respond to a spam post, look at it as a free bash ticket cause it won't last long.
*Referee Greggy says no post count for spam threads, tweeeeeeeet*

...... and while you guyz sort this out, I'll defer to the Vanilla Gorilla's personal official EF referees, the Hurley sisters.

...... so discuss it with them, cause me and the rest of the Hurley sisters (Honeybee, Bumblebee, Jailbait and Swashbuckler) are gonna go have some fun, cya, wouldn't want to be ya !!!!

Mave, since you´re from UK, you most probably know the song from Monty Python " always look on the bright side of life"
now when you´re very close to 1000th post, this daily countdown will allow you to celebrate your anniversary many times in a row
this shouldn´t discourage you from replying in spammer threads, spam is great (remember Monty Python Spam sketch?)
(Spam = Spiced Pork And Ham, a sort of cheap luncheon meat)
Scene: A cafe. One table is occupied by a group of Vikings with horned
helmets on. A man and his wife enter.
Man (Eric Idle): You sit here, dear.
Wife (Graham Chapman in drag): All right.
Man (to Waitress): Morning!
Waitress (Terry Jones, in drag as a bit of a rat-bag): Morning!
Man: Well, what've you got?
Waitress: Well, there's egg and bacon; egg sausage and bacon; egg and spam;
egg bacon and spam; egg bacon sausage and spam; spam bacon sausage
and spam; spam egg spam spam bacon and spam; spam sausage spam spam
bacon spam tomato and spam;
Vikings (starting to chant): Spam spam spam spam...
Waitress: ...spam spam spam egg and spam; spam spam spam spam spam spam baked
beans spam spam spam...
Vikings (singing): Spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam!
Waitress: ...or Lobster Thermidor a Crevette with a mornay sauce served in a
Provencale manner with shallots and aubergines garnished with
truffle pate, brandy and with a fried egg on top and spam.
Wife: Have you got anything without spam?
Waitress: Well, there's spam egg sausage and spam, that's not got much spam in
it.
Wife: I don't want ANY spam!
Man: Why can't she have egg bacon spam and sausage?
Wife: THAT'S got spam in it!
Man: Hasn't got as much spam in it as spam egg sausage and spam, has it?
Vikings: Spam spam spam spam (crescendo through next few lines)
Wife: Could you do the egg bacon spam and sausage without the spam then?
Waitress: Urgghh!
Wife: What do you mean 'Urgghh'? I don't like spam!
Vikings: Lovely spam! Wonderful spam!)
Waitress: Shut up!
Vikings: Lovely spam! Wonderful spam!
Waitress: Shut up! (Vikings stop) Bloody Vikings! You can't have egg bacon
spam and sausage without the spam.
Wife (shrieks): I don't like spam!
Man: Sshh, dear, don't cause a fuss. I'll have your spam. I love it.
I'm having spam spam spam spam spam spam spam beaked beans spam spam
spam and spam!
Vikings (singing): Spam spam spam spam. Lovely spam! Wonderful spam!
Waitress: Shut up!! Baked beans are off.
Man: Well could I have her spam instead of the baked beans then?
Waitress: You mean spam spam spam spam spam spam... (but it is too late and
the Vikings drown her words)
Vikings (singing elaborately): Spam spam spam spam. Lovely spam! Wonderful
spam! Spam spa-a-a-a-a-am spam spa-a-a-a-a-am spam. Lovely spam!
Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Spam spam
spam spam!
this is what I call a spam!!

Post counts are going to drop, in some cases, as the "course correction" in the Pictures of Babes forum takes place. There is more info in a Sticky atop the Pictures of...Discussions forum, but basically, discussion is being removed from the POB forum because it was never intended, or very welcome, to be there in the first place. Refer to Gman's thread in POB about "two word replies" and note that the same philosophy holds true regardless of actual font count in a reply.
If you want to thank someone for their work, that's fine - although the "I approve" button is preferred, for now we're leaving notes of appreciation alone, generally. However, if that's all you ever say is "thank you" or "danke" or "merci", expect those to be thrown out. IT IS A PICTURES FORUM!

If this is going to happen, some members will disappear in a puff of smoke since this is their one and only contribution here
Still don´t know why some post that "nice tits" or "I´d like to f*ck" her replies. Just try to say this the first time you meet some girl. Our babes want to hear positive remarks to their bodies for sure, but definitely not utter drooling.
It also shows member´s ability to separate thoughts from words. If we have no teen photos rule, what about no teen replies rule?

Aye yay yay....
Poor Raij cant keep up...
I have lost over 100 posts in the past week due to edits... Of course its my own fault since most of them lately have been in response to some lame post/thread either berating them or trying to help...
I feel like I am rushing for negative yardage...

I saw on a forum not long ago (it also used vBulletin) beside the quote button, there was a "thank" button that people could click to also show approval of the post without leaving a comment. It then listed the thanking members at the end of the post or thread (can't remember).
Don't know if we need it here, just a thought, it seemed to seriously cut down on bullshit responses.
