A Big Thank You
I've been frequenting these boards for a few months now. During this time I had no idea what kind of resources were at my finger tips... Heck, I knew of a whole bunch of stickies and old topics that could answer my questions, but I had no real knowledge of how well this community treats its new and old members until just a few minutes ago.
To make a long story short, I was visiting T-Nation and was surprised by the bashing of the new people. Sure they were asking simple/impossible questions, but there is no need for such childish comments. Same goes for the before and after section, only a few members showed true uplifting characteristics while the rest doubted the results/numbers.
Maybe I have missed something, but it seems to me like the people here at Extreme Fitness are never like that. They always seem to be uplifting, or whenever someone posts a self-harming diet or workout regimen they correct them or suggest a new plan in a nice manner.
With all of the above said, I would like to throw a huge THANK YOU out to all of Extreme Fitness. Thanks to those who run these boards (Admin[s], Moderators), and those who make this place wonderful.
And no, I'm not trying to kiss up, I'm simply calling it as it is.

To be completely honest, I did not upset any of them.
Not only are the mods fantastic, but everyone else is, too. Seriously, it's the entire EF community that makes this place great.

I second and third that, I love this place, you can find all kinds of great advice from a lot of great people, and you can have any kind of people here too. cats, dogs, gorillaz, drunks, doughboys, drunken irishmen, soldiers, etc... we're always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, but we will also disciplin those who need it too.
keep hanging around here, things will only get better.... except when gman eats tuna, his breath kinda stinks after that.
