Definately! GO EF, MissytroN and all the fantastic friends i have already made from this awesome website!

To add more to the feedback I'd like to say that I have been on forums before that are bitchy and hard to post on because of how bad you are made feel, but from the lovely members here and the great way its moderated, it really does feel like a community where you can say anything and be safe and you dont have to worry about what other people are going to say to you!

Not to mention all of the fitness help and support i have got from here!!!

Yep, EF is a bit of an anomaly as far as online forums go (ie. flame wars are the exception, not the rule). And we have a new Aussie mod.
