....what this means?
When I look at my Reps I see some marked with blue and some with grey?

I think it means that the rep points are not counted, because the person has not enough posts to have a reputation, or because that person has repped you before.

yes!! that's what it means Beukies, if a member all ready rep'd you without them gaining a rep power before they rep you again, then the square where they repped you before will turn grey cause it doesn't have any value or the member that repped you doesn't have any rep power but I can't remember the last time a noob repped me

I didn't know that the person could rep you again if they gain a rep power. Nice to know. Reps!

yes, but you will only gain a rep point for how many more rep power they gained since the last time they repped you. for instance, say they had 17 rep power when they repped you the last time. then repped you again when they had 18 rep power. it would add 1 point to your total rep points, I think anyways 
and even if your rep points don't mean squat, keep on reppin anyway cause it lets the member posting know, you found their post favorable
