A hint and a suggestion...
The front panel "ExtremeFitness.com" seems quite useful to me but there are two things I want to mention:
1. "Site Navigation" in the upper left could be a usefull feature but it doesn't work
2. "Stats" on the right - below calendar and birthday announcments - is somewhat useless when only the top
poster is mentioned. I don't know if any of the other members is even in a range to theoretically aproach
this post count. When you try to encourage others to post more you should at least list the first 10
posters but better drop it as a whole because it the ugly head of post whoring is looking through the bushes.
