Trouble with new username

My girlfriend is trying to create a username so she can post on here but keeps gettting "your user email address has been banned by the admin", the click-here-to-email the admin link takes her to a username/login screen.

Who can help?

Unfortunately, there are several IP addresses which have been used by members who earned the privilege of being banned from this site.

I suggest that you send a Private Message to any of the Moderators, with her IP address, for further help.
