Giving rep
I thought we had an option for giving another member more than the standard rep amount (ie: for me 15), as in a gift of...?
Anyone?

No, that's never been an option on this website, perhaps you're thinking of another site you frequent.

You can rep anyone but not for more than the rep points you have under your own profile. Also, rep only counts once until you gain more rep points yourself and then the next time you rep someone that you've repped before, they'll get the difference between the rep from the previous time and the new rep number.
