You first need to make a certain number of posts before being able to post an image or link (I think it's 15.)

Then, you need to use an image service like wuploader, photobucket.com or imagevenue.com where you can host the picture (be mindfull that photobucket is pretty f* stupid and keeps deleting fitness/figure pictures supposedly cuz they are porno or something, even when the models are in single-piece swimwear.)

Then you post the picture in the appropriate thread. That is, you don't post a picture of Monica Brand in a thread devoted to Jamie Lynn, for example.

Lastly (and this is just my personal opinion, as a poster), please make sure any picture you post pics of ACTUAL figure/fitness competitor, actual fitness models (and not just some tard e-model chick.)
