getting long lean legs
my gf is after some exercises she can do do tone down her inner thighs.
she is quite tall at 5'11, but she really wants to lose some weight on her inner thighs, and i want her to as well
any help would be great

She will achieve that mostly by doing cardio and eating a clean diet

You cannot spot reduce fat loss. You have to lose body fat % all over.
To lose the fat around her inner thighs, she will need to modify her nutrition, include cardio to your weight/resistance training regimen, rest well, and drink a good amount of water regularly...

Walking lunges, sumo squats leg curls and inner outer thigh training can help firm but yes, as said about depends on amount of body fat she has.

thanks heaps guys.
yeah, she is actually quite skinny around her upperbody, she has an extremely small waist, but its her thighs she (and i) are keenest to get a bit trimmer. she doesnt want them big and muscly, nice and lean. i Guess like most women!!

Best exercise for inner thighs hands down? Ride horses! Like everyone said, can't get rid of fat in one specific area, but to build some muscle there to tone it up, ride! Lots of posting trot, 2 point (also good for the back!), and no-stirrups riding will get you the hottest thighs in town, plus its fun- all women love horses (if they're not scared of them) and all men dig women who ride horses (IME- if they're not intimidated!).
So sign your girlfriend up for some riding lessons 2x a week at least, and expect her to be bow-legged sore!
(there is another "exercise" that accomplishes the same thing, in a similar fashion, and I'll let you figure that one out on your own!)

Awesome idea tellico! I remember the first time I rode a horse, my god, i was sore for a week afterwards!!!!!
and it is lots of fun!! and when she loses the fat, with a little muscle under there her legs will look better than ever!

legs are leaner, mainly due to walking alot more, and doing squats occasionally. she is starting some pole dancing classes soo, so we will see!!
