Just a note to let you know there is a new program available for the ladies who like staying curvy but want to trim up.

The focus is lite tone, not to rip or cut, not big muscles but a nice curvy Marylin Monroe look with a flat stomach and shapely body. This for a bootylicous look!

I am taking ladies for a short time until I reach the max for the group, keeping the group number to a size which ensures plenty of coaching and a personal touch!
This is for larger ladies looking for an hourglass full figure.
