Workout pictures?
Does anyone know of any sites/webpage where they have pictures/diagrams of the actual workouts being performed so I can have a clearer idea of what to do?
p.s. or can recommend a good workout dvd because there are so many out there I don't know which one to get.

The standard for exercise descriptions with animated gifs is: Exercise & Muscle Directory
Right side has the exercises grouped by muscle.
Another good place for videos is:
CrossFit Exercises
Lots of cool movements there; olympic lifts, etc.
Youtube also has some good demonstrations. Sometimes I'll just search for a particular exercise and get a couple good examples.

A really good place to get a lot of video clips as well as descriptions and pictures is at bodybuilding.com. Don't worry about the crazy muscle guy/girl on the page...the exercises are for everyone! They just use those pics so you can click on the different body parts to see specific exercises.

I use bodybuilding.com as toonces described above and sometimes youtube if I want to see different variations of a different movement, but be careful using y.t because not everybody's form is perfect there.
