I just wanted to say Hi.
I`m new at this forum so I just wanted to introduce my self.
My name is Mascha Tieken and I`m the First and uptill now the only Dutch Figure Prof. I have been competing since 1991.
I`m also a writer for several fitness magazines back home in the Netherlands. I really love everything about fitness and BodyBuilding.
Because I travel a lot I also make pictures of all the competitions I`m at ( with exeption when I`m competing my self

Thank you guys...
I`m looking forward to come to the States again. I will be going as a photographer and writer for a dutch magazine to the Colorado pro Show in Denver. I was supposed to compete but because of a feet injury I will not be competing.....
After the Shawn Ray show I will be in Venice for a week to work with my trainer Charles Glass and I hope I can make some plans for my next competition.....
