Introducing myself

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum. I came from Italian Angel's (Linda Cusmano) forum where I posted a journal on my journey to my first figure competition which was last fall. I absolutely loved it. I'm dying to do another one but am launching a new business and just don't have the time to devote right now. So, in the meantime, I work out, eat mostly clean and keep myself in good shape so that as soon as I can I will do another comp. I'm excited to be part of this forum and share with everyone.

Welcome! The womens' section is going to be the new 'place to be'! Very cool that you compete.. def takes guts, not to mention obsessive hard work.

Much nicer site here and I love your handle, 6packgirl........looooovin' it!!
You will get much more motivation and support here, this forum does not get too quiet even when other forums are because its summer or whatever - this ones busy all year round.

Thank you everyone for the great welcome! This site is so huge it's a little intimidating. You're right, though, Linda. It's certainly happenin'.

Tidalwave asked about my business. Actually, my background is business development and marketing. After spending 20 + years working for various professional services businesses, I opened my own consulting, training and coaching business about 6 years ago. It's been very successful and now I'm opening a similar business with a partner on the East Coast (I'm in California). Called Business BreakThrough Institute, we work with professional service providers and small business owners to help them build their businesses. We'll be launching in the next month so we're crazy busy getting everything ready to go.

My two passions are helping others succeed and health and fitness. I'm so fortunate to be able to do both!
