Heyyy all, remember ME!?
Hi gals, hope you all remember me, I used to post here a lot at the start of the year. Well, I have been heaps busy and unfortunately not very motivated to work out lately, althought I've still been keeping fit. I really want to get right back into it, any sort of inspiration of encouragement would really be great. Any motivational link or diet ideas would be awesome. I'm going to hit the recipes section and start looking for some great dinner ideas. Hope u all have been well, come in and say hi!

Hi there, I'm not a gal but I do remember you. I don't know what your goals are, but picture them in your head along with what you have to do to reach them, and then just do it ! This is the only motivation you need, the will to achieve what you want
Welcome back.

I remember you, MissytroN. You've helped encourage me on this forum. I think the last time you were here, you were looking for some nutrition advice for your boyfriend in the Weight Loss & Nutrition forum.
How do you like the new changes to the Women's Fitness Discussions? There are more sections now.
Here's some motivation for you:
Currently, Italianangel has the only, single thread in the Workout & Diet Journals section of the Women's Fitness Discussions. Go add a thread of your own and fill up that section!

rajin1: thanks duder!! good to be here!
ItalianAngel: Hey Linda! Well, my action plan...that's exactly what I'm here for, I'd like to reduce my body weight and tone up, ideally for summer (and for life), and I'd just like to figure out a way where I can get optimum peak fitness endurance and stamina. I have been keeping fit, but I want to take it to that next level, im sure u all know what I'm talking about! GymGirl is looking absolutely terific, maybe she can shed some insight on what her dieting habits are like to achieve such results. Ur a very big inspiration to me by the way Linda, so any advice would help! My main area I want to target is my lower body, thighs n hips.
PythonPower!: woohoo! yeah I remember alllll about it! Girls, girls, girls haha =P hope all is going well with you!
Insex: YEAH! I remember, correct me if I'm wrong, but was it your circuit training module that we were discussing at all?? Yeah I remember I was searching for help for my boyfriend too, and I'm EXTREMELY happy to report that he has lost 15KG!!! I'm very very proud!! Thanks heaps!! Oh and well, I'm not sure I'm good enough to post a topic on workout and diet journals, but you're right, it definately will help to keep me motivated, so maybe I will then?? I wouldn't know what to write! haha...maybe copy and paste Linda's LOL jk jk
Thanks soooo much all, keep in touch!
-Tash

I know gymgirl has a blog in the blog section so that may help with diet by looking at her stuff. I too have stuff posted.
Now your turn!!!
Lets see what you are doing for diet and training, like insex suggested maybe starta journal and if you start a blog that is good too, I will poke in there and see if there is some tricks we can add to get the lower body closer to your desired look............ooooh, btw, nice to see a face to the name - love the red hair!!

You know he is so right. I used solo soccer drills at a field, by myself, to help burn fat pre contest and it works!! Just do some passing drills from foot to foot while moving down field and repeat, its phenominal.
