My friend has been working out for quite a while and even though she is in good shape she has big calves and legs in general.. Presently she is at 133 and would like to get to 125. Is there something she can do about her calves.

well if she wants to shrink her calves, stop or dont start lifing weights with them. Do some HIIT running, lot of cardio involving the legs, that will slim down the legs in general and tighten them up along with drop the 10lbs she is wanting to drop anyway, assuming there is a calorie deficit.

I would also suggest fat loss diet and training specifically.
Exercises for legs with light weight and higher reps plus things which don't engage the calves too much.......I hope she is not a tennis fan, that seems to really build them up.
