Hey Nancy,
Nice to see you here!!! Def start a journal, it will be so much easier incase you need tips. Anytime someone has questions the first thing everyone asks, stats, diet and training, but when you have a journal you yourself can see things clearer too!!
Mine is 7 wks out too...........so we can bitch together, did you see my diet plan? Check out my journal, the latest posts have the diet, but if you go from last and work back you can see my workout plan too.
