can't help without some more info from you. Are you trying to gain lean mass (muscle) are you just trying to dump fat? are you just trying to loose weight (fat and lean mass)
Whats your budget? Can you afford to eat 6x a day? Can you afford supplemnts? Do you have a gym membership? Can you get a professional trainer? Do you have an ipod? Do you enjoy cardio? Any injuries? Whats your blood type? Can you read a nutritional fact food label? IF yes do you know what each item means to your body?
I can go on and on and on and on. Each answer means something different for each person. There are no quick fixes, there are not magic solution other than proper diet and exercise routine based on your body type for your individual goals.

yes, start there. Try to run for 20-30 mins 3 days per week to start and if you cannot run the whole time you run for a minute or 2 then walk for a minute and alternate the walking and running.

i suppose sex would be good calorie burning if you were the one doing everything for about 30 minutes straight. If you can get your heart rate going and a little sweat, why not!!!
