Hello! I saw this section and thought i'd introduce myself, my name is Jay and i'm not very fit but really want to be, i've already posted and got some great advice, some very interesting articles too on this website.
I saw a Journal section.. will it be okay if I start one on there? I don't have any sort of plan or routine so think it might help if I do it online so others can see it and I can get some support and advice from more experienced people?
