Default Just to say Hello!

Hello! I saw this section and thought i'd introduce myself, my name is Jay and i'm not very fit but really want to be, i've already posted and got some great advice, some very interesting articles too on this website.

I saw a Journal section.. will it be okay if I start one on there? I don't have any sort of plan or routine so think it might help if I do it online so others can see it and I can get some support and advice from more experienced people?

Hi Jay!! Welcome aboard too! YaY another chick to add to the site, lol!! Please DO feel free to create a journal......we are all only here to get and give help as we all can. Sometimes it's just nice to know that there's 'somebody else - out there' struggling with or excelling at the same issues......or just plain ol' moral support and motivation. Don't be shy to ask any questions at all, we are all only happy to help!
Journalling is great, especially when looking for advice and support......also helps to keep you motivated and accountable to you and to those of us following you along, lol! It's also good for reference as well, you plan something it works, it's nice to be able to go back and see....I track both on-line and on paper as well, so even on days that I'm not here journalling, my workouts and stuff are still down on paper somewhere.

Anyhoo.....it appears as though I've got the gift of gab today, so I'll leave you with that and a heartfelt best wishes!
