New here!!
Hi all! I am new to this forum, but not new to lifting! I have joined up with Linda to try to revamp my routine. My avatar pic is the size is where I am trying to get back to. I was 13 lbs lighter there! I have no specific goals other than to get back to where I was! I'll be starting a journal in the next few days!

Heyyy! Just wanted to say welcome!! I've been working out with with Linda's stuff for almost a year now, and I've got nothing but praise to say about her and her work! I know she'll do wonders with ya......if you let her, lol!! I look forward to following your journal and maybe we can cheer one another on!!

Great to see you got in, you figured out the secret 'open sesame' word to get into our secret sect here I see?????? Yeah we lock it up tight with all types of pass words and random questions and math..............hahahahahha
actually since I signed its changed so I did not know about all that stuff you guys who joined in the last while, have to go through, some hoops hey??????
Well this is a well monitored site, no bull, no flames, no unfriendly behaviour and they all know here to be good to my girls or else the wrath of 'pitbull Linda'.
