Default Need some advice on working a few areas

Hey hey, im hoping for some advice on toning, loosing weight off a few areas. Im just under 5 foot and 45kg. Due to working long hours I dont really have time to go to the gym, but try to eat well, and work out at home most evenings.

I was hoping to try to tone and loose some weight around my stomach, I've heard that mainly cardio will help with this? Its mainly the lower stomach I want to improve.

Also - my calf muscles are too big for my liking, I would love to decrease their size, any tips?

Finally, I want to looks fat from my upper, upper arms if that makes sense, kinda where your arm and chest meet across your armpit, I'd like it to be slimmer

I eat pretty healthy, Salads and pasta's for lunch, Bran Cereal for Breakfast, and normally rice for dinner.

Any help would be great

You can't spot reduce fat on certain areas of your body. You will need to modify your nutrition, include cardio to your weight/resistance training regimen, rest well, and drink a good amount of water regularly.

I was actually looking to work those areas a bit more rather than simply isolate them for loss, overall work outs of course, just with emphasis on those areas
