I would suggest circuit training for a while-fast paced. You mentioned in another thread that you do HITT. That's a great approach.

Try 3 days circuit training and two days HITT between them.

TTgirl...that is an easy one...more reps and less weight. Increase your reps to 12-15 a set. And decrease your weight by 20% of what you normally do...but increase weight from set to set. Plus using the cable machine & free-motion weight machines help for being more cut. For cardio, I suggust you do 100-200meter sprints about 2x a week; 10 sprints each time...that will really cut you up fast. And may I ask, what supplements are you taking?

That is good…for women, I recommend a RTD (ready to drink) form of protein…Muscle Milk…this is easy to take and digest into the body system. Plus you do not have the possibility of retaining water with RTD’s; with powders you do. Also get yourself a liquid form of creatine. GNC Pro performance brand has that form of creatine. Creatine will help in the cutting of your body’s muscles, and the liquid form helps for not having water retention. And lastly, get L-Arginine w/L-Ornithine in it, plus L-Carnitine. These L’s, along with your L-Glutamine will help your muscles to recover faster and build stronger.

And the thing about the sprinting, if you can’t do that, do cardio 4x a week for 30-45 minutes.

Unless you're very good with your training/eating, you will loose some muscle while 'cutting'. However, if you have enough mass to begin with, the end result will most likely be pleasing since, even with less muscle, you'll look like you have more muscle.

I think the solution to your dilemma is probably not in the gym but in the kitchen. Clean up your diet, cut your carbs, up your protein and drink plenty of water. There's quite a few stickies around here about that and the information there is invaluable.

Good luck.
