Default A little help for the girlfriend

Hey everyone,

My girlfriend has decided she wants a little help dropping a few pounds and toning up a bit. Before the winter break for school, she was going 3 days a week and doing between 20-30 mins of cardio and hitting some random machines. Ive come here asking for some guidance to give her. Currently she is 5'6 125 lbs (not sure about bf%). Her goal is to drop 5 pounds. Her diet is pretty bad and consists of pizza and other greasy foods.

So some tips to give her about shaping up the diet and a good solid workout program, mostly just cardio for now to ge the lbs off, as a start. I follow a fairily good diet but our goals are completely different so I dont know where to begin when it comes to womens fitness. Thanks in advance.

she need diet and more cardio for now..later some asupp...maybe some eca stack of soem clenbuterol +t3..its all she need..but first diet and no pizza,etc

I echo what Forbb said above. She has to clean up her diet if she expects to see any results.

Aside from diet, she need to do cardio, and a lot of it! Cardio burns more Calories than weightlifting, so she should try to progress herself into doing it (start off slow and easy, then over the next few weeks/months as she improves, increase the duration/intensity).

She should also do some weight training, since she says she wants to "tone up." I think it would be best for her to do a Circuit Workout, where she works out on different machines/stations at a constant pace to keep her heart rate up the entire time.

Come back and let us know how it goes, or if you need any more information or a sample workout plan.

Thanks for the replys guys. I know diet is the most important, ive seen the results of good diet first hand. Basically Im looking for a little info on exactly how much cardio should she do? 3 days a week 30 mins? 4 days 45 mins? more? Also what she should shoot for calorie wise. I know Im trying to gain so I do 6 meals aiming for 3000+ cals. Should she do the same amount of meals just much lower calories? Insex, that sample workout plan would be a great help, Thanks!
