Don't be an April Fool!!! Lose 2-10 Lbs over the month of March and be April Fresh!
Okay folks, here is the latest challenge:
1. Set a weight loss goal of 2-10lbs to commit to.
2. Enter your name, weight as of March 1st, 2007 and your goal weight loss amount into this thread as a post.
3. Create a diet plan for yourself for the next month and post it here for me to 'perfect'. Don't get fancy, don't over think it or stress out, be real!
4. Create a realistic exercise plan with minimal weight lifting and mainly made up of fat burning and cardio options which are realistic to your ability, time, job, school, money, family.........be optimistic and again the word REAL. You know your obstacles so plan accordingly and don't plan according to how you would like it to be or how you want to force it but create this so that it is BOMB proof! Let me do the pushing! Post this here with your diet plan.
That is all there is to it, but this is a commitment, and don't you be afraid because of that word - all I am asking is that you commit to 2-10 lbs, so you can choose the 2lb and you know you can definitely achieve this - or you can set the bar higher and really work hard to aim for that 10lb loss BUT only if you are willing to really commit so make your goal a realistic one which fits with your present situation!!
I look forward to walking this journey with you all and hope many of you members will join in on this challenge. There is no excuse not to, there are no photos or measurements involved so its very easy and private so even the lurkers and shy members can join in the fun. The diet and workout need not be difficult, just draw up a simple plan in 10 minutes and post it, let me do the rest of the work!!! Do not be shy about your plan, no one expects perfection, no one expects you to know what you are doing so if you feel like you don't know what you are doing with your diet and workout, who cares!! It's all good and I am here to guide you all - no judgments!
