Silly question for girls
Okay ladies I have a few questions about your chest
So, like most ladies I know, one side of my chest is bigger than the other and I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but my arm is weaker on the bigger side. This has to bother someone else!? Has anyone done anything about this and has it actually worked? Should I just work out my left arm more than the right to even them out? Will this solve my chest problem or am I just cursed because I have a chest?
And is anyone else bothered by the tiny fat pack between your arm and chest? Help! This bad boy has got to go!

YES!!!!
I'm at a fairly low bf% right now, and its still there! are you talking about the bit that looks bad where you wear strapless tops?
GRR SO ANNOYING!
As for boob size differences, I'm lucky enough to have minimal difference in size so dont notice the difference in arm strength, and I'm going to be no help again by saying I dont know if you should be only working out one arm to catch up. I'm not sure if it works that way
How much difference in strength is it?

I can't imagine breast size difference having anything to do with strength difference. You should always work balanced. Use dumbells if you must.
If it makes any difference at all, you'll notice a bit of a "lifting" effect, to a degree.
The only solution that I know of to even the size difference is plastic surgery. That has its own risks, however.

Uhh I'll pass on the surgery. My stregnth is not that different. I workout with the same weights for each. Sometimes* at the end of sets my left arm can't finish the last rep or 2. And I notice in bench or other two arm exercises that my right arm carries more of the weight when both arms get tired. I've been trying to concetrate on making my left arm do the work towards the end of the sets just to even them out.
Yes Gymgirl! It has to be the curse of having a chest. You're natural right?

NORMAL!!! Both for the boob and the chest muscle under them! I hated it and still am imbalanced but alot of my imbalance had to do with rib cage and asthma issues, I was able to help lower one side with some deep tissue massage - refering to the muscle - as for the boob, this you cannot do much about other than surgery. I also did some extra weight or reps for one side or concentrate more but I find it had more to do with my musculoskeletal make up........and I think this is prevalent for many but also if you use one side more, for work or whatever, it does get stronger and denser.........that also goes for muscle groups being imbalance like a carpenter having no legs but lots of upper body due to his job.
and I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but my arm is weaker on the bigger side. This has to bother someone else!?
Yes! Again relavent to the side you use more, moms carry babies on one side and end up stronger there, size is just maybe body fat distrubution again the side used more will have less body fat although you cannot spot reduce the body does have some affect by this repetative movements.
Has anyone done anything about this and has it actually worked? Should I just work out my left arm more than the right to even them out? Will this solve my chest problem or am I just cursed because I have a chest?
You can try or just have to let the stronger arm deal with lifting a tad lighter while the other catches up. You may also have connective tissues which are tight on one side compared to the other which restricts growth and pulls your alignment out making illusions of bigger or smaller.......

huh? This one I am not too sure I understand......I do know that along the boob line you can get extra mamory fat stored, some people even get extra nipples, some look like birth marks but are not........so extra fat in that area may also be mamary which makes it always bulge a bit......but this is a guess........it just maybe fat and I am not picturing what you mean correctly.

Hope that helps!
