Wow
I have the most inspirational story for you guys!
I was aiming to go for this competition and ended up giving up. While I was there at the posing seminar I met an amazing looking girl. She was a couple of years older than me and had been working out for 4 years just cause she liked it, and she looked absolutely amazing. Seriously, jaw droppingly amazing.
When we started posing she started to get really uncomfortable and it really didnt come easy to her. She spoke to the seminar takers and explained that she didnt really think that the competition was for her and she was gonna not bother, but they talked her into it and gave her extra lessons and she got support from her trainer. I'm not sure how her thought process went, I was so intimidated by everyone (her included) that I completely lost sight of my own goal. But i went and watched the show.
And what did i see?
The girl, cut to perfection standing with 5 other girls posing every bit as good as the rest of them. Looking nervous as all hell but absolutely amazing.
She won.
And came pretty close to winning overall!
She made me wish I'd stuck to it! Although I'm glad I dont have to stand next to her in novice next time :P hehehhe
