Default Flabby Stomach!

Hi all you fit an healthy people out there! I

really need some advice on which excercises to do, am trying to eat healthier and lose weight overall but my main concern is my flabby stomach.

I'm worried that if I start losing weight i'll b left with a soft flabby stomach with loose skin and loopy breasts etc so want to know what type excercises and how many per day I should do to tighten up my stomach and breast muscles so when I lose the weight my stomach etc will b tight and firm.

It's just my belly and breasts which really worry me cos I only got fat during my pregnancy and breastfed my son for 22months(he's 25months now) i was always slim b4 then, 5'3 and 55kilos, but since having him have been struggling with the weight and my skin has no elasticity at all it's gone all soft and flabby and hangs down and my breast also have lost shape alot, i'm now 94kilos my gorgeous fit and slim bod is gone and am desperate to get it back!
If you could give me some advice or tips on what type excercises and amount of excercises also foods/supplements which help with the skins elasticity it'll b much appreciated! Thanks

I assume your working at home so pushups will help with the chest firming, and some daily crunches, but the best way to approach it is to address the whole body, diet, cardio and weights balanced from calves to shoulders.
But these 2 exercises I mentioned target those areas you ask about and tighten them. Of course as you said, the subcutaneous fat has to be decreased in order to see any tone underneath.

and a little core work that i read about here would help too. i would think since your stomach muscles inner and outer have been stretched by childbirth they could use a little retightening.

a lot of compound exercises work the core, squats, deadlifts, etc.. they are fairly advanced exercises, start with very light or no weight ont he bar at all. check ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net for exercise instrucions and pics

i posted an example a while back and if you search out posts made by wildstand and search term weight belt you will find an example under there in my post. wished i knew how to provide a direct link to it like i see a lot of people do on here but am unsure how to at the moment.
