Anyone out there with a baby why waste cash on dumbells and stretchers when u can just pickup your baby start working out

! Here's some I do with mine:
Pickup your baby and throw him in the air and catch him again, it'll work your arms and shoulders, be warned he'll scream with laughter and won't let you stop

!
When lying down sit your baby on your feet and have him hold onto your knees then do leg raises, he'll love it and you'll be working out at the same time

!
When lying down hold your baby up above you and stretch your arms out and back out and back, it'll have the pick and throw workout effect on your arms and baby will love it, everytime his face comes down towards yours make a funny face to maximize the enjoyment for him

When sitting up sit baby on your feet again and hold his hands and leg raises again!
You'll have more motivation to keep on going for ages till your absolutely exhausted because he won't let you stop! And he'll have 100%more effect on you than a drill sergeant screaming 'GO GO GO!!' because you don't care squat for the drill sergeant

but you'll adore your baby and won't want to see him cry

and he will everytime you stop!
He'll think your the best Mom in the world when all your doing is your workouts
