How do you stop your bum wobbling? will it stop with lots of muscle or do you need really low body fat?

its the leaning thing................but listen, you have a huge beef with your butt, you have a BUTT complex! Get over it, you are such a hottie and although you have yet to show us your butt, it cannot be THAT bad that you constantly pick on your butt and post about your butt..............your butt may simple be taking all the slander personally and jiggling on purpose to piss you off!!!!!!
Your butt does not think it fair that it is natural and expected to be as perky as the store bought twins............unfair advantage to the twins...............I say let it jiggle, let it smack, let it bounce!! Long live the jiggly bums!!!

Okay, seriously though, hardening and increasing muscle size underneath with leaning of the bodyfat percentage will help somewhat...........but like boobs, although more muscle, bums are made of lots of fat so if you were to lean down to no jiggle, you get flat or no ass..............

I know i have a huge bum complex! I dont know what my problem is! it just seems so out of place to the rest of me Anytime I wear underwear or a kini i always walk around with my hands behind my back. I wanna change that! I dont know if that means a change in bum or a change in mindset?

Maybe its because I have muscle underneath that it looks bigger? cause there is a fair bit on there! But that would mean having to do more cardio to lean.... which doesnt sound appealing! So I'll have to weigh up big bum, or more cardio... its a toughie! :P

this may sound stupid - i dont know your relationship status, but if you are with a guy, he needs to compliment your bum more and let you know that it is beautiful. if your not with a guy, i would happily volunteer to do that for you

hehe i dont think my bum is bad as such, i just want it to be rock hard! I dont have a strange weird bum-seeign disorder :P

It got a bit better over the break anyway! I just needed to drink a bazillion gallons of water cause I was holding so much! I'm still dieting and stuff too so soon you'll be able to bounce all sorts off it!

I also got out the WWE Divas vid and watched some extras and saw Stacey Keeblers bum (the natural "I got this bum without trying" bum to end all bums) and hers wobbled, but that didnt make it look any less awesome :P So wobblings not the problem! or the size really! Just need more muscle to make it be moar perky and have less bum line!

Totally achievable!

Anyway I'm stoked with my results so far so I'll post a bunch o pics in my Fitness Babes thread soon! I should get interwebs at home this weekend! *fingers crossed*

If it's more muscle you want, do some super-deep squats! Going really low will make your glutes kick in for the first part of the return to standing. Check this page for some awesome glute workouts.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with "wobbly" glutes. I mean, if your butt is "Jabba the Hut"-ish....then you would have a bit of a problem. Considering what I saw of that photo, you have nothing to worry about. Just continue to workout (squats) and cardio and you'll get the glute package that you think you want.
