Guess what guess what guess what!
Since I started training with Mr Trainy man in April I have put on 1 million jumping jacks! I mean, 1 whole entire Kilo! And I have less fat and I'm holding less water!
THE MAN IS A GENIUS!
I wrote to him and told him he was a genius, I hope he doesnt think I'm weird.
Not long til I can start cutting! WOOOooooo!  !

Super duper job GG! You really must be zoned in! I can't wait to see how you look when you get lean. I was talking to a girl who competes in figure and she emphasized how much bigger she looks leaned out. It's an illusion...the aesthetics of the lines come to life. You're gonna look extra spectacular!
