Corporate Fat Challenge!
Ok mine isn't nearly as good as say, The Italian Angel, but I will attempt to start one. Also starting a blog too and MIGHT add some pics.
Anyway the contest we are having at work is a Body Fat (BF) Lost contest. It starts the week of Thanksgiving (11/19) and goes to the first week of January (01/04) to be exact. It is just 20 bucks to buy in and everyone where we work can join. The contest takes the beginning bf % - ending bf % divided by beginning bf % so... (Start bf %- end bf %) /Start bf%. I have wanted to do it before but the timing has never been there for me. Now I have no idea what my starting bf% is but I will get measured on Tuesday. I am guessing around 17%. NOW my goal is to lose 5%. I figure I can do it and I already have had many help from the aforementioned Italian Angel (IA). I plan to use a lot of her stuff as it seems right on. My work out will consist of a HST type regime that Bison’s uses. I will do that M, W, F and on T, and The plan to do some light/moderate cardio say on a bike, treadmill, elliptical. In addition, the company has classes and some of the instructors are brutal. We have spinning, a stairs class that is supposed to be a killer, and some others. I will probably mix these things as time permits.
The diet is going to be the key and I am planning on be very strict on that. The killer about this is that we have Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years mixed in. I have a few company functions in there too. Moreover, there is football and as many of you know I love my booze especially whiskey! Gonna be a killer folks so stay tuned!
Also, please comment on anything and give me some pointers if you can. The money is the LEAST of my motivation in this. I just want to look good AND to have some bragging rights. Plus if any hot women throw themselves at me then that will be an added benefit. Of course, the wife might have a slight objection to that.
