My progress report after a month
Before a month I posted some questions about supplements and some other diet questions. So,I decided to change my workout routine to this:
Instead of half an hour each day,5 days a week,
I turned to 3 times a week,for 50-60 minuntes each hour.
Training days eating habits:
At around 7 in the morning,I'd have hald dossage of MASSTECH(will be refed as MT)
which is a schoop and 250ml of milk. Then 2 eggs and last the Daily Total One(from Max For Life)vitamins.
At 11-12 I'd have a small cheese pie,or some some of fast foods without meat(As I try to avoid eating meat outside, plus at that time Im practicing school stuff so im not at home until 1-2 in the afternoon.)
As soon as I get home,I eat another egg,and do the training.
So we are in about 2-3 in the afternoon.Exactly as I finish my work out I drink,a full dossage of MT(2 scoops/500ml of milk)
Also I then have a mix of fruits(around 2-4 fruits, diffent kind each with one to be 2 to keep flavor of one of them)and a piece of bread.
About 2-3 hours later I eat something "light"-small portion maybe some rice or spagetti.
Last thing in the night,I take a last half-dosage of MT,eat 2 eggs or somehting light again, maybe a chocolate and go to sleep.Sometime I eat both! :P
Following this routine 3 times a week, doing free weights,I got 5kg of pure muscle mass this month. My fat is aroung 7-8% of my bodyt weight(It was always like that)
Next month,I will be doing 2 extra days of cardio stuff(Im still learning about this). These 2 extra days will be 30 mins of exercising.Arounf 10-15 carion, and the other 15 I will do free weights but with arounf 2 kg more than usual.

Welcome to EF!!!
Can you find a way to get a better choice of meal at 11-12? can you bring sandwhich or grilled chicken, or veg / mock chicken if you are veg........and veggies and a pc of fruit?
Otherwise looks good although if you are not trying to lose fat you can keep some cheese in there too.........
Glad to see another inspiring journey in the journal section!!

So,here I am now 1 and a half week later.Well to be honest these were my worst weeks(training wise).I havent put a single kilo yet.
I have tried the 2 times per week, jogging and training with weights ,it kinda wroks, keeps me "pumped",but i feel thats not enough.
So,instead of going on with these two half hour season per week,I will do this:
3 days straight->45-55 mins exercising.
Then a day off for healing.
Another thing is,I put one more kilo to my weifghts. Now I do all my exercises with 13 kilos in each hand.Man,the first day was akiller! That I can say!
However after a week,Im now much more comfortable then before.I expect to be able to use them as easuly as the 12 kilos by the end of the month.
Also I was thinking of taking additiona creatine.Mass tech contanis some, but I dont know the exact dosage there.I will do a bit of research on more supplements and how good some of them are. However after the third month,I will propably turn to natural.Im still looking into this, since I dont see any guides and what amd how to eat stuff to have same results as with taking supplements.I try to keep supplements to as few as I can/need.
