Hi Everyone

I'm following the diet and I am very hungry any suggestion.
Could it be for the first few days that you would feel this way.
Thanks

Drink some very cold water, as this may supress the appetite. If not, try drinking a protein shake if you have it available, as the calories would only be 120 - 160 maximum if you just used water with it. And yes it would be the first few days or first week which are the hardest with any "diet" change, as your appetite got accustom to your old habits/ routine. But water is your friend!!!

Good luck, and remember "mind over matter". Have the will power to stay with it!

I agree 100% with the water but you can also use veggies as a filler too. Green beans, broccoli ... they will also help you get your required fiber intake.

Remember to stay focused on your goals.

I agree with the idea of water and veggies to help expand the stomach. You see, when the stomach is stretched, signals are sent to the brain to say, "I'm not hungry". This is good if your goal is to eat less. One more thing you may want to try...eat more frequent, small meals as opposed to 3 "regular" meals. First of all, it's easier to loose fat this way. Second, it will allow your stomach to become accustomed to NOT stretching so much (when very full from a big meal). This will eventually allow the "stretch" to be felt with far less of a meal. In other words, you'll feel full after taking in less food.

can also even add metamucil or flax seed to your diet and either of those will give you a fuller feeling to the stomach longer then just water. but veggies are very good fillers. i always use veggies 2 finish off when dieting.

I too drink more water when I feel hunger when its not meal time. I also use a natural fiber supplement that has greens in it as well. I mix it with water and drink a glass. The fiber really helps appetite regulation. hope this helps!

When are you hungry? what times of the day on what days, I can look at the plan and see, usually I suggest a protein drink to be safe so that you stick with fat loss but you can add some flax meal or oil to the shake......green fibrous and leafy veggies are so low in carb or fat that those are also excellent choices......as mentioned above.

yea the fiber added in mixed kinda strong can make you feel as if you just had a 16oz steak in your belly and it plops out with ease when it makes it back there.......lmao

as linda said use a low carb cal protein drink and 2 help also with the full feeling i add 1 to 2 teaspoons of metamucil to each shake and i guarantee you you will feel full. and the benefit of never getting constipated from protein drinks is a big plus in my book.
