It's not the same as tuna with mayonaisse, sweet relish, or pickles, and crackers or bread, but it's still much better compared to the egg whites and rye bread I ate for breakfast this morning!!!!!

Ya I must agree cold tuna with cucumbers and tomatoes does not sound too appealing. I usually add a small tablespoon of low fat hummous on top of the tuna and stick it in the mini toaster oven. It tastes better, and doesn't put my clean eating off. The other option I've discovered is canned turkey breast. Which is fast and convenient. Its real pieces of turkey breast, so not artificial or from other parts of the bird. So it tastes prety decent with some mustard. Hope this helps!

... Hey...maybe try putting lemon on some of this stuff. Could help...probably couldn't hurt? ( unless you don't like lemon....)

I'll try that and maybe the hummas....
Just not crazy for Tuna, I think maybe the canned turkey would be better. For now I have three cans to eat, no looking forward to that....bah!

...Salmon? Maybe try some Pacific Salmon instead of tuna if you do.
Luckily I love all tuna and salmon...even sardines...

I like a spoon or so of no fat yogurt on there or that and a spoon of grainy mustard and a splash of apple cider vinegar.
