First and foremost for those who did not follow through with entry or who did enter but did not finish, please do still try out the program at your own pace and availability as I hope it can help you with your goals.

PVL was nice enough to donate a second prize pack worth $100 to the runner up!
Lastly, there are 7 ladies who will receive Diva awards due to their consistency with the program, journaling, and or close results. Diva Awards get a prize consisting of the ‘Beautiful Butt in 30 days’ ebook which goes with the fat loss ebook. You ladies were very close in points to the top 2, showing great results and efforts!

Congratulations to you all for even contacting me with interest, every little step is an effort and great work for those who were able to complete the challenge!

Cindy and Pam, you ladies came out on top, please email me back with your full contact info, mailing address, phone number etc and full name so that we can get your prizes out to you.
The rest of the Diva Award winners will receive their eBook via email by the weekend. If you do not see it by Sunday, contact me as it is probably email issues!

Our prize winner is:
Cindy (lost 4% body fat and 10lbs, showed most significant changes visually along with the combination of statistics and requirements. On a side note: Definitely has figure potential.)

Runner up:
Pam (lost 2.5 lbs and 6% body fat, lost fat and gained muscle! This is a nice percentage loss, with some visual changes combined with stats and requirements. Side note: Natural Bodybuilding competitor waiting to come out!)

Diva Awards:
Marie (lost 10lbs with some firming and lean muscle gains. Side note: would do well in a figure with posing)
Tracey (lost 5lbs and 2% body fat, lost fat, gained muscle! More toned and shaped nicely over the month, another side note: also has competitor potential.)
Jeanette (lost 5lbs and 1% body fat, although body fat percentage lost is not high, you can see the fat loss in pics. Side note: Nice athletic build with athletic model potential.)
Courtney (lost 1 lb and 4.5% body fat looking tighter and leaner, shapelier and firmer. On a side note, has a model/competitor look and great posing!)
Wendy (lost 3 lbs and a few inches in the right places, can see the slimming. Side note: Great body shape outline, model / competitor potential.)
Laura (lost 5 lbs showing a bit of tone and a bit of fat loss, another with great posing potential – side note)
Heather (lost an avg of 2% body fat, weight did not move meaning she lost fat and gained muscle, tighter. Can see nice muscle gains such as shaping the quad sweep. Side note: great for Figure.)

**Side notes are factors which did not affect overall judging.

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE!!!

Thank you Linda for this great opportunity. I will post more later, I am lost for words and exhausted right now. Today has been just amazing. I got my tattoo in Troy's memory done, I will post a pic once it has healed. Went do dinner with my best friend, ran into a few other friends and sat around talking all night. Then I come home to this amazing news.

The support, encouragement and love that was shown by all goes to show how amazing people can be. Everyone one participating in this challenge is a winner and I am so happy to have meet so many wonderful, amazing energetic people. May the passion for health and fit bodies continue on with everyone and I look forward to continuing my journey with my new friends.

First of all Congratulations to Cindy and Pam and Congratulations to everyone for sticking with it and doing so amazing. You are all such amazing, wonderful, kick ass women! Hip hip hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you Linda for making all of this possible to begin with. You are our ANGEL and our mentor. You are the best and YOU ROCK!
I am so happy and proud of all of you. You are all such an inspiration to me. One day I hope to be as buff and tough as all of you. It really is so cool to see how awesome everyone did. Well if we are all staying I will be talking to you all again shortly.

Linda, thanks for the kind words!! Thanks a million for the motivation, the help, and the knowledge. I will never forget this fantastic contest, and I am changed as a result of it. I quit making excuses in the last month and will continue my goals.

Linda thank u for jump starting me into the next phase of my journey....I have 4mnts to drop about 30lbs and get ready for the competition her in Belize I do plan to stay and continue to journal and hopefully figure out the ticker and photos so I can put up updates.....
