hey girl
Awesome stuff!! love those goals- lets both get into the 130s- my ultimately goal is to lose the last 10 pounds!!
we can do this!
How are your works been lately? My have been good, had to take a few days off this week because I was feeling sick with a cold. But had a great workout yesterday, did chest and bi's.
I reallly want to be able to do chin ups without assistance, its something I find to be the most challenging in the gym.
have a great rest of the weekend! talk soon!
Piera

Hey Piera!
Thanks for the added motivation and support!! My work outs have not been consistent lately. I can see the muscle loss I'd worked so hard for, but that'll be back in place. So, I'm not mentally beating myself up over it.
Sorry you've been sick. Hope your cold is much better! Great job on your chest and bicep workout. You'll be able to do unassisted chin-ups.
Hope your weekend was GREAT. Mine was excellent. I was sick early Sunday morning and then again last night, but I'm feeling better.
Breakfast- Live Active cereal with skim milk
Lunch- Salad with turkey
Dinner- Rice with soy sauce
Snack- cheese stick
Water- 51 ozs

Thank you Cindy for the birthday wishes! So good to see you back here as well.
Thank you Tooncesthecat and Pamgid!!
Got in 30 minutes of cardio. Since Sunday, I've been dealing with severe abdominal pain. Not too sure if it's food related or a stomach virus as those have been going around like crazy. Even though it's an uncomfortable feeling, I knew that I had an obligation of getting in my workout. Feels good that I did, but I wish I wasn't having this pain. If it doesn't start to subside before the weekend, I'll call my dr.
Breakfast- Kashi hot cereal with water
Lunch- Tuna, yogurt
Dinner- Chicken sandwich, potato
Water, water, water

Hey Wen,
Love the goals, let us know how it goes! I was doing some vid projects but schedule is calmed so I am check out the journals to see how it goes!!!!
I know summer is here so we are online less but I will be online regularly with contest in 2 months coming, it keeps me accountable too!!!
You had some great progress in the flc and was one of the front runners in the judging so I cannot wait to see how much farther you have come since.
Besides, I always love your uplifting 'tude!
Linda

Hey Linda! I'm going to check out the links you sent. I've been focusing on winding down the school year lately, but it's almost over. I'm definitely going to be back on the board more regularly beginning next Saturday. My workouts are here and there, but that's going to change too because I'll be able to start first thing of the morning!!! Wow, you just made me smile and lifted my spirits, I didn't realize that I was one of the front runners in the judging. I guess I've just been really hard on myself. Anyhow, I'm happy to be back. I always enjoy following your progress, and I still have goals of one day being in the shape to compete. So, I may as well get back my discipline now!!! Thank you so much. You don't know how much I needed to hear that. Have a safe and enjoyable weekend!!

Hey that is great, I hope schooling is going well, do keep me updated when you can by dropping a note on how things go with diet and training....do what you can to keep up that fit lifestyle as much as you can with schooling.
