Hello ladies,
I'm baaaaaaaack! hahahaha. Its time for me to kick my butt some more. The last 3 weeks have been a write off for me. I spent two weeks sick with my son, so no working out and then I popped my knee cap out. Happens to me every few years. It pops out and in but then its really sensitive for the next little while. So go figure thats not enough. Yesterday my son was playing with the water in the bathroom sink and got it all over the floor, so when I went in (not realizing he had spilled everywhere) I fell and twisted my ankle. So I just have to take it easy. But I have been working out this week. Well, thank goodness my ankle and knee were injured on the same leg.lol I didnt realize there was a new challenge as I havent been on for a while. So I will post my goals in the next few days along with my stats and all. Cant wait to do this with you all again, as you guys are such an inspiration for me. You are all what I am striving to become. Love ya all xoxooxoxox

PS I will try and get on asap, just really hard with work right now. just had an employee leave, so now its lots of extra work for me and the hubby. but will see you soon.

thanks so much for the beautiful message!! GI jAne LOL I lvoe it!! The guys at the gym refer to me as that! haha

Hows your knee?? That sounds awful. I know that cycling is a good way to getback into it, and a good form of rehab excercise that physios suggest to thier clients. I would stay away from anything high impact when it comes to knee issues.

Also try to stretch everday. Alot times injuries can reappear because of tight muscles. Stretching and Yoga in particular can really heal joints and prevent them from re injury. I know with my own back pain and injuries Yoga has been the only thing to get it back to health. It really was like a miracle cure. So I make it a BIG point of doing yoga at least twice a week. I avoided all meds and the chance of further damage.
