Personal question, are you partial to rabbits or is there more to the hop theme here than meets the eye??
I am an animal lover so in my mind I see it as maybe your favorite animal is the bunny but in keeping an open mind I figured if not that, there must be some cool story behind this?

What's on tap for today!
Well, you know its Monday!! Can you tell I'm excited? It is pretty and sunshiny outside. My boys and I just got back from running errands and I thought I'd take a minute and post what is on for today.
Training today will be: MMA
I also have an aerobics(lower impact and pilate split class to teach and a full hour pilates class to teach tonight. So, I figured cardio was more my speed today.
Food for today:
Mash day!
M1- Banana and Blueberries(used juice and berries inplace of OJ) w/pp
S1-Apple(instead of grapefruit-didn't have any)
M2- Tuna- 1 can, 1 tbsp olive oil, nuts(cashews) and a small amount of raisins instead of berries
S2-Protein Bar(this is a store bought one-but I plan on making some of my own this week)
M3- Chicken, spinach, 1/2 c potato
S3- Chicken and some salsa.
I have found I am pretty satisfied with this so far. I am not TOO picky about food, just don't ask me to eat tilapia(BLECH!) or tomato juice-love tomatoes just not their juice!! See, I'm not too picky!
On a side note I got bad news today- I had 2 suspicious moles removed from my tummy last week and they came back w/abnormal cells-meaning pre-cancerous. Skin cancer runs in my family really bad (Mom, Uncle and brother have all had it). So, next week I have to have a larger biopsy with stitiches(will make some PRETTY scars! ). Its always something! At least it wasn't melanoma, so there is always a brighter side to life!!!

Hi Hops looking great in here......yeah, I'm an easy going eater too. I'm sorry to hear about your moles......I had a skin cancer diagnosis 6yrs ago (basal cell carcinoma), luckily of all the skin cancer types this one comes with 100%cure rate because it's such a slow growing tumour/growth....it was on my face, just under my right eye in the skin tissue. Treatment consisted of cutting and curetage with laser....and then follow up annually for 5yrs.
Good luck to you, I'll be thinking about ya!
