I'm excited too, the music moves me, I heard the intro trailer.........and said, that may be it.
baby look at me, and tell me what you see, you ain't seen the best of me yet, give me time I'll make you forget the rest...........my personal message to the judges!
its an easy costume too, a cheap one to put together and I can use 80s and jazz moves which won't hurt.
send away, cannot wait to see......

Geeg!!! I love you girl! You're doing great. I cannot believe you had the swine flu - you poor thing. But yes, you are right. You absolutely can preserve your muscle while eating protein and resting. You are sooooo close to doing this. I'm so excited for you I can't stand it. I'm glad I was able to be a bit of an inspiration while you were down and out. I so know what you were feeling - you worked so hard and then got put on your butt and felt derailed. But you weren't. You got right back to it and you'll be great. Go get 'em, GG!

here you are Wil!
I know I should be more cut by now, but since I got over that flu I've been trying my hardest! So that's all that matters right? My bum though still holding too much fat for a competitor has come a long way and my calves look wicked especially considering I had ZERO calves before! you can only see one on this pic cause of the lighting, and why you cant see much back - besides the pose is kinda tired :P And I thought that crazy long ab vein was pretty crazy. *note that is not one of the compulsory poses*
Its a Hello Kitty bra! how cute is it!

Thanks so much!!
I have a quick question! I'm getting SO hungry on the same food now. Is that normal for the last two weeks, should I be pushing through it or upping the cals before my muscles get eaten?

How many cals per day are you taking in? How many grams of protein, fat and carbs too?

between 1000-1200 cals, and either 10 fat 20 carbs a and 70% prot to 20 fat 30 carbs and 50% prot (depending on if I get too hungry!) but its ok! I dont feel too hungry anymore! just got drink more water and keeo busy!
*OR*
Finally have my amazing posing suit!! I GOT MY SUIT I GOT MY SUIT!
It is probably the greatest posing suit anyone has ever seen, its going to look SO amazing under the lights!
Wow what a grim week I had last week! I thought it was all comp prep but I think it might have been cause things arent working out with the new receptionist. We decided to fire her on Friday, plus I got my suit on Friday, but the suit lady was telling me how perfect I looked for 2 weeks out of a figure comp :P plus I only have one week left of work before the comp! I dont know, I feel like I just got over the last hurdle, I feel like a weights been taken off my shoulders and it's all just fun from here! I'm almost a bit nostalgic that this is the second last time I'm going to be spending my weekend grilling 400000 kilos of chicken and microwaving 40 trillion sweet potatos :P (for some reason 4 is the favourite today)
I mean, youd think having to fire someone would make this even more difficult, but for some reason I feel like I made it!
I got my hair cut, it looks pretty crazy! I'll have to show you some pics
I think I dropped like an entire fat percentage last night, I wonder if I'm going to make it to 10! I'm too scared to check cause I dont want to discourage myself, maybe I'll get it chakced after the comp :P
I've already decided that after the comp I'm gong to Gelare for my victory meal (Victory for competing... not placing) and I was right next to one while I was getting my hair done! It felt pretty weird that a big driving goal was that in two weeks I could have a bana split with choc chip cookie dough icecream on a waffle, and anyone else could just walk in there any day!
Another thing I was thinking about was people. I've been telling everyone about this because its such a massive part of my life, and quite honestly you Have to be a bit obsessed with it, otherwise you'd get bored as and quit, and some peopple are massively supportive if you give them a chance! My boss (who I never thought would be like this) saw my crazy hair cut (its practically a half mohawk undercut with pink streaks - it looks better than it sounds :P) and he said "Is that for the big day! you look just like Adam Ant!" haha I was ready for the piss-taking! Then I spoke to someone else about it and they're all "you're annorexic! You shouldnt be counting calories!" I explained the situation about 3 times and they were stil completely angry at the idea! It just makes you appreciate the supportive people more.
oh yeah one more thing I had to tell you! (sorry to cram it all in on one Sat morning :P) I got home from work last night and plonked myself down on the bed and started to fall asleep, and I was all, noooo must do cardio! so i got on the crosstrainer and my toes started to fall asleep and I was just standing on it you know, so I got on the treadmill and started to jog at about 6kph, and it was all too hard, so I figured if I just hand my head and close my eyes for a bit then I can focus all my energy into the jogging! The I woke up and my feet were caught between the end of the treadmill and the mattress! I manaaged to stay upright (dont ask me how :P) but I took it as a sign to go to bed! heehee!
wow
2 weeks today, I'm really going to compete arent I! You should see this suit, it even makes my bum look pro. I have a posing suit1 Can you believe it? ME!! after all this everything!! I dont know how to explain how seeing myself in a suit and looking like the pics I've looked at every day on the internet for the last 12 trillion years feels like, its sorta like opening your mouth and hitting the end note that VAnessa Amerossi sings on that Heros Live Forever Olympics song.
Epic
thanks for helping me through last week guys... that was a tough one!

I normally don't check this forum, but I clicked the link by accident, and boy, I'm glad I did.
OMG, you had swine flu? (and I never write OMG, so that shows how perturbing that is). I'm glad to hear you've recovered.
For what it's worth, I don't know about competitions, but your bum looks great.
Actually, I've seen quite a few competitions, and your backside can definitely hold its own against any I've seen.
<I can't think of one, but someone should come up with a quip involving holding and her backside>
And the rest of you is pretty darn great as well.

I'm sure some of us other folks wouldn't mind seeing the posing/suit pics as well... hint hint...
Haven't talked to you about the routine for a bit, have you made any new adjustments since we spoke last...?
