A convenient way to stay topped off during a training session. The bar is a good value and I can use one bar for almost an hour of intense exercise. They are a little harder to ingest than many of the newer energy bars on the market so I do not use them except during very long training sessions (3+hrs). Overall a good product but still not as easy to consume as many other bars on the market. The value they provide make them something athletes may consider to meet energy needs.
