despite all the flak muscletech recieves i have no major issues with this product
the only ongoing concern i and alot of other people have with muscletech products is that they are waaay overpriced,
this is simply average creatine and only buy if you get cheap
ignore the loading phase and drink quickly or very powdery, didnt like the flavour either which doesnt leave your mouth
not total crap but far from great
