Great tasting energy bar that will provide some nutritional benefits. Can be used most effectively pre or post workout as they have to much protein to use during a training session. They also melt if you take them on rides reaching temps of 70+ degrees fahrenheit so be careful and use them with addtional carbohydrate before or after your workout.
